Steven GoldsteinSteven Goldstein is Co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of Strategic Planning for Knight-Ridder's Business Information Services division. In that role he was responsible for Knight-Ridder's acquisition of Technimetrics and its pre-IPO investment in Netscape Communications.

Mr. Goldstein previously held a range of sales and marketing positions at Knight-Ridder's Business Information properties.

Mr. Goldstein has a BS in English from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University. He resides in New York City.
 
Michael AngleMichael Angle is Co-founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of Alacra. Formerly, Mr. Angle was Vice President of Technology at Technimetrics, Inc., a $20 million financial information company. His responsibilities included managing all aspects of technical development and operations.

Previously, Mr. Angle spent three years as a Product Development Manager for EJV Partners, where his responsibilities included product definition, technical implementation and support of Communications and Real-Time Products.

He holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He resides in Warwick, NY.
 
Donald RollDonald Roll is Managing Director, Europe. Formerly, Mr. Roll was Managing Director, Europe for Knight-Ridder Financial/Bridge, where he led the international expansion of the real-time financial information supplier. Prior to his posting to London in 1990, Mr. Roll held a series of senior management positions with Knight-Ridder Financial's Americas organization.

Mr. Roll holds an Accounting Degree from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 
Craig KisselCraig Kissel is Chief Financial Officer. Formerly Mr. Kissel was the Chief Financial Officer for GovPX, Inc. for thirteen years where he was responsible for the finance, administrative, HR and legal operations of the eventual thirty million dollar start-up firm from its inception until its sale to one of its shareholders in 2005.

Previously, Mr. Kissel was Director of Finance for Knight Ridder Financial Americas and spent ten years in the ITT Industries group in various financial management positions. He holds a BS in commerce from Rider University and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Scranton.

Mr. Kissel is a veteran of the Armed Services and resides in Hewitt, New Jersey.
 
Anthony BruniAnthony Bruni has been developing application software for over 20 years. He began his career writing MIDI sequencer software for Voyetra Technologies. He spent 10 years at Hyperion Solutions (prior to its acquisition by Oracle Corp.), where he architected a family of multidimensional reporting and analysis products. He joined Alacra in 1999 and became Vice President in 2007.

Anthony has a BS in Chemistry from Fordham University.
 
Colin duSaireColin duSaire, is VP Information Management at Alacra. His responsibilities include the Concordance product which maps together the entity ids from all premium sources on Alacra. He has a team of analysts reporting to him that are responsible for the daily maintenance of this authority file of companies which is over 300, 000 entities across 140 content sources. He is also responsible for customer specific concordance for their entity universe allowing them access entity identifiers for each of the clients within their CRM or risk systems.

Mr. duSaire has over 20 years experience in the Financial Information Services marketplace. Prior to joining Alacra he was a Product Manager with Knight-Ridder Financial.

Mr. duSaire has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a MBA in Marketing from Pace University in New York.
 
Francine FalchookFrancine Falchook, Vice President of Sales, is leading all sales related initiatives as well as customer facing activities.

Fran has 20 years of experience in the information industry. The bulk of Fran's career was spent at Thomson Financial, where she oversaw all sales, marketing, customer care and training related efforts, for TF's Investment Banking segment. Most recently Fran served as Managing Director for Thomson's Global Strategic Accounts.

Fran holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from SUNY Binghamton.
 
Barry GraubartBarry Graubart has spent the past 20 years applying technology to content to develop high value business-to-business information products. Before joining Alacra, Mr. Graubart served as EVP & Chief Marketing Officer for Leadership Directories, a leading provider of biographical and organizational data for the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Leadership Directories, he spent four years in various roles with ClearForest, an emerging leader in the text analytics market. At ClearForest, he helped open the publishing and federal intelligence markets.

Previously, he held general management, product development and marketing roles with B2B content businesses including divisions of Primedia, Nelson Information (now Thomson Financial), Kaplan/Washington Post and McClatchy Newspapers.

Mr. Graubart serves on the board of the Content division of the Software and Information Industry Association and chairs its Social Media Action Committee. He is also the author of the Content Matters blog.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
 
Gail Jewsbury, European Sales Director, is responsible for Alacra's sales and customer support activities throughout Europe and Asia.

Gail was the first salesperson employed in Alacra UK, joining the company in 1997. Previous to Alacra, Gail was employed as VP Sales and Marketing at Mellon Trust having spent the previous 8 years in Strategic Sales for Knight-Ridder Financial.

Gail holds a BSc from Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh.
 
Orly LipshtatOrly Lipshtat is Vice President of Software Development. Her responsibilities include content generation and tagging as well as the development of Alacra premium products such as Current Awareness. Orly joined Alacra at 2006 as a Director of Software Development. Prior to joining Alacra, she spent 8 years as an R&D group leader at ClearForest, a leading company in business solutions enabled by text analytics.

Orly holds an MSc degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University (Ramat-Gan, Israel), specializing in Data Mining. She is also the author of several scientific publications in the area of text extraction and data mining.
 
Helena Plater-ZyberkHelena Plater-Zyberk is Vice President of Marketing at Alacra. A management consultant turned business writer turned MBA and marketing pro, Helena is the published author of dozens of articles on consumer trends, global trade and investment, technology regulations, international security cooperation, and social entrepreneurship.

Prior to joining Alacra, Helena was Director of Strategy and Consumer Insights at Condé Nast, where she led a diverse team in crafting and implementing a robust B2B marketing strategy for the launch of the business publication, Portfolio. She has also served as Director of Research for McConnell International, a boutique management consultancy advising foreign governments and multinational organizations on technology policy issues.

Helena holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in International Relations and Economics from American University.
 
Albert TamayevAlbert Tamayev is Vice President of Operations and is responsible for systems, database, and network services at Alacra. Albert has been with Alacra since 1999, starting as a software developer and most recently as a development manager. Prior to joining Alacra, Albert was a software developer at Bloomberg LP.

Mr. Tamayev holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science from New York University and a M.S. Degree in Information Systems from New York University.
 
Ajit TharakenAjit Tharaken heads the teams that develop Alacra's innovative professional products portfolio and supervises all client engagements. In this role, Ajit oversees the design, creation and development of Alacra's professional products with a large emphasis on customer relations.

Prior to joining Alacra in 1999, Ajit was the Director of Technology at a fund of funds where he created an internet based hedge fund application now owned by Morningstar.

Ajit has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
